DMCA & Takedown Policy

UseSounds hosts short sound clips intended for content creation (memes, edits, videos). Many clips originate from internet culture and may belong to their respective rights holders. We respect intellectual property rights and respond promptly to valid takedown requests.

How to request a removal

Email a10ayassine@gmail.com with subject "DMCA takedown" and include:

• The exact URL(s) of the sound(s) on UseSounds;
• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed;
• Your name, contact information, and your relationship to the rights holder;
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the rights holder.

What happens next

Valid requests are processed within 72 hours: the sound page is removed, the audio file is deleted, and the URL returns a 404/410. Repeat sources of infringing material are excluded from future imports.
